Your trinket must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

Keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

How to Return:
Reach out to us at info@trinkettraces.com to initiate a return. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your piece is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at info@trinkettraces.com. We’ll make it right — because every trinket deserves to arrive perfect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or card issuer may take some time to post the credit.
